01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. If you enter into a contract with us for the supply, installation or maintenance of equipment, the signed contract and its schedules take precedence over these terms wherever they differ.

02Definitions

• "We", "us", "our" means Signature Elevator Pvt. Ltd.
• "You", "your" means the person or organisation using this website or engaging our services.
• "Equipment" means the elevators, lifts and associated components we supply.
• "Services" means design, manufacture, supply, installation, modernization, maintenance and support.

03Use of the Website

You may browse this site and download material for your own reference or to evaluate our products. You may not:

• Copy, republish or redistribute our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system.
• Use the site in a way that could damage, disable or impair it, or interfere with another user.
• Submit false, misleading or unlawful information through any form on the site.

04Products, Quotations and Pricing

Product descriptions, capacities, speeds, drawings and images on this site are indicative and provided for general guidance. Final specifications are confirmed in a written quotation following a site survey.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and are subject to survey, shaft and structural verification, and confirmation of statutory approvals. Prices exclude taxes, duties and levies unless expressly stated.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer. A contract is formed only when we accept your order in writing.

05Orders, Installation and Delivery

Delivery and installation programmes are estimates given in good faith and depend on site readiness, including a completed shaft, power supply, scaffold access and safe working conditions.

You are responsible for obtaining statutory permissions applicable to the building and for providing safe access. Delays caused by site conditions outside our control may affect the programme and cost.

Title to the equipment passes on receipt of full payment. Risk passes on delivery to site.

06Warranty and Service

Equipment we supply is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated in your contract, from the date of handover. The warranty does not cover:

• Fair wear and tear, or consumable items.
• Damage from misuse, overloading, vandalism, fire, flood or power irregularity.
• Work carried out on the equipment by anyone we have not authorised.
• Failure to follow the recommended maintenance schedule.

Continued warranty cover requires a valid maintenance contract with us or a service provider we have approved in writing.

07Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, drawings, layouts, logos and the Signature Elevator name — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not use our marks without written permission.

08Enquiries and Submitted Content

When you send an enquiry, drawing or specification, you confirm that you are entitled to share it and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We will treat commercially sensitive project information as confidential and use it only to prepare your quotation and deliver the work.

09Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from use of this website or from delay in delivery.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this website.

11Third-Party Links

This site may contain links to third-party websites and embedded services such as maps. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability.

12Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, power failure, epidemic or government action.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from use of this website.
