The Challenge
The house was occupied throughout, the void was tight, and the owners did not want a solid shaft darkening the stairwell.

Our Solution
We installed a low-pit home lift with a laminated glass enclosure, so the stairwell keeps its daylight, and staged the work to keep the staircase usable throughout.
